  • Voice messages can be played faster: tap the speed button next to the track to switch 1× → 1.5× → 2×; the choice is remembered

  • Desktop: hotkeys for multi-select — Delete/Backspace removes the selected messages or chats, Cmd/Ctrl+C copies messages, Esc leaves selection
  • Sharing into a locked app: the recipient picker now appears right after you unlock instead of getting lost
  • macOS and Android: the app no longer opens the sharing picker on its own when launched from the icon after an earlier share; copies of shared files are cleaned up after a day
  • Android: the Recent section is back at the top of the sharing picker
  • Contact card links work with a numeric user id too; if the user is not found, the app says so
  • Invitation links in any site language open the room correctly
  • Confirmation dialogs that ask a question now answer with No / Yes
